Refund policy
We thank you for supporting our brand.
In order to stay in business and provide you with the best service possible, we only do exchanges for all our orders with a receipt. If you do not have our store receipt, you will not be able to return an item. You have two weeks from the day of purchase, as in fourteen business days, not including holidays or weekends to file a return. You are only allowed to return purchased items bought or sold directly through us, and one receipt at a time. You are limited to 4 returns per month as in four receipts. If you purchase an item after the fourth order in the same month, you will loose your return for that fifth order on that specific month and we will not roll over your remaining exchange days to the next calendar month, in example; making your fifth purchase on the 25th of December and rolling over to the 12th of January.
If you decide to make over four returns in two consecutive months or three four or more receipt returns in a calendar year from your inception with us, you will loose your right to purchase from our store and we will not guarantee you your refund, no matter the amount you have purchased. PLEASE RE-READ THE STATED PARAGRAPHS ABOVE.
Please return all items, in a neat cared manner, if we find that your return was damaged or wrongfully used, we will not refund you your currency. DO NOT WASH AND DRY YOUR ITEM UNLESS YOU DECIDE TO KEEP IT PERMANENTLY. We advise to take pictures of the clothing if you find a defect or error. We will pay for fifty percent of the return for standard shipping. The other fifty percent will need to be covered by you unless you exceed the return days and wish to donate it back to us as charity, please refer to the paragraphs below for more information on how you can use tax advantages. If you feel we have made a mistake with your return, feel free to reach us at the email provided at the end of this statement.
This applies to all our orders, since we currently do not have a physical store. We feel two weeks is enough time for our customers to make a decision on whether to keep our clothing or make an exchange for a replacement. We want to clarify, you can only make an exchange for the same amount of your initial purchase. If you have an order with a higher amount than your initial purchase, we will apply your return amount to your order and you (the customer) will need to cover the rest.
We want to take care of both you and our image by not putting in jeopardy the quality of our clothing. We work diligently to provide you with our best products and we do not find it fair for any customer to hold a piece of clothing for more than the time we are providing. We are not in the business of waste and we do not believe we are responsible for the time a customer takes to make a decision on making a return, let alone destroy our work. We hope you understand we want to keep our standards straight and hope you can recognize we run our business as sustainably efficient as possible. If after the fourteen days we give for our returns, you still do not want our clothing, you can donate it back to us at no charge, we will send you a return label and receipt for you to use for your taxes (for more information on this subject please check with your local municipality and consult with a professional tax accountant or CPA). We do not give out store credit after the fourteen days on any return, as stated above, we can apply credit to an order only within the fourteen days of the initial purchase, not after. We can try our best to accommodate you for a reasonable cause as much as we can, but we cannot guarantee anything.
We are not fully responsible for the timing of your exchange. Since we work with various suppliers all over the world, their timing is not our responsibility, nor is an act of nature or vandalism, but we will push for a safe and secure return as timing and conditions allow.
