J.Liberated is a privately owned brand built upon specific moral, philosophical, and creative principles. Our designs, messaging, and brand identity reflect our belief in biological male and female distinction and the role of procreation as a foundational principle of life.

Any use of our products that falsely implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by J.Liberated is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to pursue appropriate remedies if our brand, products, or intellectual property are misused in a manner that causes reputational, commercial, or legal harm.

2. Payments & Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to determine acceptable payment methods at our sole discretion. At this time, certain payment methods may not be accepted.

All customer communications must remain professional and respectful. We do not tolerate harassment, sexually explicit language, coercion, or inappropriate solicitations. Any such conduct may result in refusal of service or further action as permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Trademarks

All content, designs, logos, images, text, and products associated with J.Liberated are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

Purchase of our products does not grant any ownership rights, licensing rights, royalties, equity, or other proprietary interest in our brand or intellectual property.

4. Requests for Public, Media, or Charitable Use

Any intended use of J.Liberated products or branding in:

requires prior written approval.

Requests must include a detailed explanation of the proposed use, responsible parties, organizational affiliations, and contact information. Approval is granted solely at our discretion.

5. Materials, Allergies & Product Responsibility

Our products are made using specific textiles and materials. Customers are responsible for reviewing material information prior to purchase and determining personal suitability.

J.Liberated is not a medical provider and does not assume responsibility for individual medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.

6. Data Use & Privacy

Customer information collected in the course of transactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or misuse customer data.

Requests for access to private or transactional records must be made through lawful means and may require proper legal authorization.

7. Order Limitations, Processing & Refunds

We encourage customers to purchase responsibly and within their means.

Orders exceeding $1,000 USD may require extended processing times of up to 35 business days, excluding holidays.
Orders exceeding $5,000 USD may require additional time due to operational and security considerations.

If a refund cannot be processed within a reasonable period, customers retain all rights available under applicable law.

8. Product Care & Sizing

Our garments are made with premium materials and require proper care. Shrinkage may occur depending on washing and drying methods.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts and product descriptions prior to purchase. Fit preferences vary, and we do not guarantee fit beyond the measurements provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J.Liberated shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which J.Liberated operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
